I will give a three-day Embodied Anatomy Workshop March 6/7/8th 2026 in Amsterdam. The workshop will cover the anatomy of the Axial Skeleton, the Upper and Lower Limbs. We will work with the three Foundational Rhythms (Skeletal, Shoulder and Pelvic Rhythms) as well as working with Self-Touch, Hands-on and Movement Explorations.

Yielding into Presence – Friday afternoon workshop
In the Friday afternoon workshops, we work from somatic principles through the lens of Bartenieff Fundamentals. Through movement explorations that offer new anatomical knowledge, creative metaphors and hands-on feedback, we dive into new experiences in a playful and joyful way. This workshop offers depth and (self) knowledge.
