I will be hosting a three-day Embodied Anatomy Workshop on March 6, 7, and 8, 2026, in Amsterdam. This immersive event will delve into the anatomy of the Axial Skeleton as well as the Upper and Lower Limbs. Participants will engage with the three Foundational Rhythms: Skeletal, Shoulder, and Pelvic Rhythms, alongside practicing Self-Touch, Hands-on techniques, and Movement Explorations.

Yielding into Presence – Friday afternoon workshop
In the Friday afternoon workshops, we work from somatic principles through the lens of Bartenieff Fundamentals. Through movement explorations that offer new anatomical knowledge, creative metaphors and hands-on feedback, we dive into new experiences in a playful and joyful way. This workshop offers depth and (self) knowledge.
